Passport renewal and visa issue on order 21 rule 11

Can passport reissue in case of Civil suit under order 21 rule 11 and also is approved then can visa be issue.

It all depends upon discretionary power of the judge but they never exercise such extra ordinary powers.
Order 21 Rule 11
ORAL APPLICATION.
(1) Where a decree is for the payment of money the Court may, on the oral application of the decree-holder at the time of passing of the decree, order immediate execution thereof by the arrest of the judgment-debtor, prior to the preparation of a warrant if he is within the precincts of the Court.

A.If the said party to the civil suit takes appropriate permission from the concerned civil suit by submitting sufficient valid documents and showing the valid ground for travelling abroad, then the concerned court may grant permission to him for applying for re issuing the passport and visa.

A.Dear Client,
Yes the accused can apply for passport and can go abroad but he has to take permission from concern court simply by putting an application with relevant documents and reason for the same. Then court will permit and the same order the accused have to submit to passport office.
