My school Teacher is always humiliating me. My school Teacher is always humiliating me.

I am a student of 10th .There was a program in my school and I was appointed as the photographer and was allowed to take my phone to the school. On that day somebody made a video of a lady teacher in my and posted it on Instagram. Now the vice principal of my school is always saying to me that the lady teacher is going to file a case against me . Whenever my parents visit the school he humiliates them by saying such things and gives them threat of complaning against me in the police station.

A.Dear Student,
You need not worry because no school administration take action against its own student because of its reputation. Some humiliation will be there. If it cross its limits you may ask your parents to approach Higher officers in educational department.

A.First of all, you took your mobile to the school with the permission and instruction of the school authority only. Moreover, the school authority must know the ultimate character of yours during your entire school life till date that's why only they have given you such an important responsibility. Furthermore, its your fault also that you should have kept your mobile safely under your custody only then no one would have misused your phone but its alright, you must delete the said video and inform your teacher about the incident. If further the school authority harasses you then kindly ask your parents to consult with an advocate and take necessary legal steps against the school authority. Even if the school authority lodges any complaint against you then ask your parents to seek the help of an advocate at earliest.

A.Dear client,
You are still 15 years old and also it was not your mistake. Tell them that you have deleted the video and it is not there on social media anymore. She might file a case if the video was something misappropriate. So, just talk to your teacher and make them understand. You might have to deal with it for some days, but it will be fine. Don't worry. If she files any case, ask your parents to contact a lawyer and let him take the defense of you being a minor.
