I am married since November 2014 and I have a three year old son and one and half year old daughter. My husband is not ready to bear me and my kids responsibility. Two years before he left me when I was 5th month pregnant.b cz he wants money and me should be like a slave. myself I went to convince him 5 times but he neglected me and my kids. On August 19th 2018, suddenly he came to my mother's house with his mother,relatives and his friend total 6 in number , attacked me and my parents and my brother and my grandmother and then escaped. Immediately I went nearby police station and given complaint against 9members with sections 498,323,506,448 etc.. filed FIR. Among them, 6members came to mothers house did galata, police enquired. remaining 3members are my husband's uncle,aunt and his second son , they not involved in the Galata but I given names bcz they harrassed me.they made disturbance of my family life. Now , the police people , forcing to sign me to remove the names of the three , who not involved in galata. But I requesting them please send charge sheet to court, witness I will bring to court when required at that time case is moving on court. but still police not prepared charge sheet.bcz my husband gave money to everyone.what I have to do now.please suggest some help. Thanks.
The Police has to submit the CD after expiry of statutory period.
Meet the concerned Judge of the Family Court either through your Advocate or directly
and explain him/her the present position and he/she will show path/guide you for
early settlement of the case in th best interest of the children.

Madam, FIR filed on 22.08.2018. before police enquired public regarding the galata. But They delaying to prepare charge sheet .bcz the police people took bribe money from my husband and started doing drama. They are telling ,If when I will sign on papers, to remove the 3 names, they only they will prepare charge sheet. From marriage (06.02.2014) onwards I struggled so much with my husband , mother-in-law, mother-in-law's brother's family. Till now my husband not given a single rupee to me and my kids.Even he was not seen my daughter face till now. He was a software engineer getting one lakh above salary.he gave bribe to police , so they neglecting my case. I am a govt employee. Bcz of that only he married me to get monthly salary. In addition that, his condition s are I never go to parents house in my life and I should live like a slave to him. I have my self respect, eventhough I adjusted so much. But he planned to leave me and my kids . His main aim was myself I have to leave him , to made me like that he came my mother's house and did galata.
He should be punishable.plz advice me. suggest me how to proceed further , to made charge sheet as early as possible by the police.thank you.

Kindly once give submission before the court. Made one application against your I.o.
You may approach higher police officers for filing charge sheet against all the person named in your complaint. Apart from this you may file DV case as follows:

PRAYER
HENCE THE APPLICANT HUMBLY PRAYS
A) to take cognizance for the offence punishable u/s 498A IPC and punish Respondent No.1 to 3 as per law and extend police protection to the deponent,
B) Pass orders u/s 19, based upon S.17, granting separate residence for herself and her three children at a monthly rent of Rs. 20,000/- and advance of Rs. 5,00,000/-.
C) Pass orders u/s 18, in totality against Respondent No.1 to 3,
D) Pass orders u/s 20(i) granting Rs.25,000/- per month as maintenance for applicant and maintenance at the rate of Rs. 5,000/- each per month to her three children.
E) Pass orders granting Rs. 5,00,000/- for setting up house hold requirements, in granted residence, to make it livable, as the applicant cannot return to the house of Respondent No.1 as he is residing in the house of respondent No. 3, which is legally prohibited,
F) Pass orders granting litigation expenses of Rs.1,00,000/- as the applicant made to wander from pillar to post for getting legal aid to attend the Hon’ble Court, whereas, the Respondent No.1 falsely filed Divorce Petition.
G) The applicant also filed interim application supported by affidavit u/s 23(1) and (2) of D.V.Act,
H) That any other order/s, this Hon’ble Court deems fit, to meet the ends of justice, be passed.

U must file a suit for maintenance for yourself and your children in nearby family court.
