Husband abandoned me
Hello all
My husband is not talking to me since 3 months and not even taking care of my expenses just because I said against his mother to another people in family. My in-laws are also not taking to me and only blaming me.
A.Dear Client,
Section 125 of the CrPC gives you the right to claim your maintenance and expenses from your husband, so in the present scenario, you have the legal remedy under section 125 of the CrPC. However, this can end up being a lengthy and time-consuming procedure.
I would like to suggest you to try resolving the matter personally first and if that means is exhausted you should be going for dispute resolution. So that the matter can be quickly resolved for the best.
Thank You
