No evidence of demand, no recovery in house raid, no specific amount of bribe mentioned, no electronic evidence in the chargesheet. Can I go for quash / discharge ?

A.Dear Client,
Yes you can file a discharge application under the court if it gets rejected then you can file an appeal under the High Court.

A.According to such a situation, you should immediately file a discharge petition before the local criminal court where your matter is already pending, if the said court refuses or reject the said petition to grant order for discharge then you have the right to appeal before the Hon'ble High Court.

A.Dear Sir,
first u have to file discharge application before Trial Court and if it is rejected then u have good option to go to High Court.

U may first file discharge application before the Trial court and try to convince it to discharge you and thereafter, u have an option to go to High Court
