My father along with his brothers have done partition Agreement in a bond paper in 1985, but it was not registered , in the deed my father sister has not signed , instead of them there husbands signed in the agreement , now my father sister are claiming the property .
do they have the right share for the property

A.Dear Client,
Both the son and daughter have an equal right in the self-acquired as well as the ancestral property of the father. The marital status of the daughter makes no difference. As when your father signed the bond with the husband of their sister. The sisters have the right to share their property.
