Refund - ordered a product of ₹ 521 in meesho

I ordered a product of ₹ 521 in meesho by selecting COD option at the time of delivery since I was out that time asked my mom to pick the order and executive asked me to do payment in phone pe after doing payment he has left without giving the product. Now after contacting customer care she said it can’t be resolved and it’s my mistake I did payment she is saying.

You shouldn't have paid without checking the delivery. But now that it is done, you can't do anything about it. File a consumer case in your nearest district forum if you feel like it is very important for you to get that money back. It will take a lot of time and procedures though.
