pyramid network marketing fraud

In 2018 i was an victim of multilevel chain marketing i.e. network marketing. My friend lied me and made me to attend the sessions where they did lots of wrong promises like becoming rich in short period, getting car in just few months and all such unreal things. though i was 18 years old at that time i still invested in this thing without thinking like an mature person. i have receipt of subscription. i had paid rupees 8800. they committed me to give computer courses with training and an certificate. this company is registered as private limited and can be found in master data on MCA government website. This companies are fraud and many new students coming to big cities for education are made victims by them. please provide me with solution. can i complaint now ? to whom? how? does such case have time limits for filing complaint?
You have to lodge complaint with police and make the issue viral on network. If you have strength then go to media.
