Minor car accident

My father aged 65 was driving car and he accidentally hit a bike of two passengers. My father took them to doctor and gave them the necessary medicines and compensated for his minor damages. Now the person is calling repeatedly after 7 days claiming his bone of the leg is cracked and claiming money from us and if not given, he is threatening us to go to police. I want to know what legal action we should take?

If your father is sure that it was all minor injuries and the doctor had treated everything, he need not have to pay again. But if that person is telling the truth and if there is a fracture, then yes, your father has to pay him. Ask him to show the receipts and proofs for the injury.
