Dear Sir, I request you to let me know how many days does it take to go PIL for first hearing?

A.Dear client depends on the seriousness of matter and it will take 5 to 10 minutes

A.It will take 5 to 10 minutes. If you engage a senior counsel it will be very easy for the Court to understand case.

No where it has been written about the timing.
I am totally in agreement with what Advocate Ambrose Leo and Advocate Sistla Ramakrishna had stated.They have already written separately.So no point in repeating the same things again and again.If you are so concerned about the timing what do not you tell the subject /issue on which you are going to file the PIL.
If you do not do it properly, the Hon'ble Court can also put fine on you.There are also examples where the Hon'ble High Court has asked the Advocate to pay the fine.
I do not want any question on Timing further.Hope you will understand.

Admission hearing of PIL is normally done by the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court along with another Hon'ble Judge .
Normally the dates are given on the basis of priority/importance of the case and also workload during the day/week.

A.It depends on you are filing individually or through a Expert Lawyer. Your petition is complete in all respects it may take up between 3 to 6 months.

A.It depends upon the number cases filed before concerned High Court. Generally it will be heard within 30 days. You must approach the office of the High Court and pursue to be listed before the bench as soon as possible.
