A. Dear client kindly File a writ petition before the high court challenge the declaration made by the Wakf Board but before this kindly send legal notice through lawyer

A. Issue a notice to Wakf Board, File a declaration suit in civil Court. Just because the board printed a list Wakf Board does not get jurisdiction over the matter.

It will be appreciated if you can go step by step.
In your case, First approach the AP Wakf Board/Tribunal what you have, Next step would be the higher Court.
In between keep all your papers/documents in the right order to substantiate your claim.

A. you should approach High Court of concerned state by filing a writ petition by engaging an expert advocate to delete your property from wakf property.
