My name is karthik. I was in love with 1 girl in my office since 2014. During this period we both travel in my native place hyderabad. We both had sexual activities till 2016. Now in 2017 my parents r not accepted my love due to the girl is sc. Now she gave n filed FIR against my parents n me too. U/c 420 506 417 496 376. Can any 1 help me how to relieve from this case. Can medically possible to prove that we both have sexual intercourse. Any 1 suggest

A.dear client but you can take defence that whatever had happened between you both was from mutual consent and you have not forced yourself on her.

A.dear client The Girl is Protected under Schedule Caste Protection Act.You are both involved in premarital sexual act it is against the law.It will become a very serious situation to you & your parents.You have to consult a expert Lawyer to defend you & your family.

A.Hello Karthik, there are two ways to resolve the matter. Either you can move it legally or you can you can try to convince her to take back the case and get married to her if she agrees. If you can not convince her then apply for an anticipatory bail u/s 438 of CrPC 1973 (as amended till date).

A.First move anticipatory bail and file a petition u/s 482 in high court for quashing the f.I.R.
