A.You must take a print of the account statement from your bank and then send a demand notice to the party who issued that cheque which got bounced to make the due payment in full within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the demand notice. If the said party fails to make the payment within the stipulated time you may file a complaint case of cheque bounce under the provision of N.I. Act before the local district court of your jurisdiction against the said party within 30 days from the expiry of the stipulated time given to that party. You must seek help of an advocate for sending demand notice and for filing the complaint case on behalf of you.
