summons - I have been summoned by the court

In a case of mvc ,I have been summoned by the court to give evidence ,where the court is almost 300 km away from my hospital (7 hours journey ).The advocate is not ready to pay me TA,DA or subsistence allowance . What is the solution
A.Dear Client,
If the court is just too far away then you can apply for change of location. And regarding the travel expenses you can ask in the court.
