Letter of Administration
In our matter the court had passed an order for issuance of Letter of administration, first pay the requisite court fee for all the property either movable or immovable. we want to first pay the fee for movable property because we have not much fund available to pay the fee for both. We approach the court, court asked to produce any ruling or judgment for allowing the part payment. please advice what we can do ?
A.Dear Client
There is no ruling available as such where part payment of the court fee is allowed. Also the Court Fees Act is silent on this.
