Association try to Snatch car parking and Creating problems after I filed a case

Good Day to All,
My name is Rakesh and i have bought a flat in 2018 in a 10 flat apartment. Builder allotted a car parking for all the flat and as there were two more parking available, he sold one of the parking to me back in 2018 itself.

From the last one year some people in the apartment started to say that builder do not have the right to allotte or sell parking and the allocation made by him is not valid. They are giving immense pressure each week to snatch both my car parking. I reach this forum and as suggested by one kind Sir i have filed a case in court to get a Injunction order. It's still in court.

Now the problem is - After i file a case, the apartment managing people stopped to inform me on how the common pool of money is being spent. They have also stopped to include me in any decision making and are spending the money at their will. I have formally told the managing committee that I am not being approached but I am not getting any response. Initially I remained silent but they are intentionally creating more ruckus and taking major decisions without even informing me. They are also demanding more money for something not discussed with me earlier.

Can someone please help on how can i overcome this unfair practice by the managing committee.
