If builder is denying to accept and returning the legal notice sent to gum by post
A.Dear Sir,
You have to file a cheating case in Police Station and also go to Consumer Court claiming huge compensation. The builder cannot play with the law and Hon’ble Courts.

A.Hello Client,
You can send the legal notice via mail to him, it will be considered as proof that you have sent a legal notice to him and he is aware of the same, even after that if he does not reciprocate to your legal notice within 30 days, you may file a complaint case against him in the consumer forum.
Thanks & Regards
