A.He has committed cheating and you are required to file a police complaint preferably drafted by a lawyer and seek Registration of FIR. If police does not register FIR, then file na application before Ilaqa Magistrate u/s 156(3) CrPC through a Lawyer

A.Dear client you are victim of cheating by personation, frauds .if you have his official address then issue legal notice through lawyer . Also Make complaint into police station or you can approach to magistrate court and file direct complaint against accused.kindly submit all proofs and evidence into court.

A.Collect all the details about that person and send him a legal notice and a copy to the Patanjali as well. Simultaneously file a police complaint in the near by PS for fraud and let them act on it.
