If a person gives a suicide note to the police station and explains why he wants to commit suicide or who instigated him to commit suicide, then the police will take action against the person who gave the suicide note or because of which he wants to commit suicide..take action against him..Because the person in front can also say that he is threatening to commit suicide...

A.The person who commits suicide is punishable as well as who instigate that person to commit suicide is also punishable. Police authority investigates properly and after finding strong evidence and conclusion then only they take legal action against any person who is or are involved in such crime.
