what can i expect from the law

My ex girlfriend made a false police complaint against me that I am harassing her for blackmailing the girl..Then the policeman called me to the police station... Then Asked me for my social media account's ID and password, I told my ex-girlfriend's ID and password in front of me...And put me in lock up from noon till evening.. In the evening the policeman warned me and asked for 5000 rupees and left ..and returned my mobile...After reaching home, I checked my mobile, then my mobile was fully formatted...I had a lot of personal things in my mobile.. like photos,. Call recording dates.. which was from my ex girlfriend..What could have been useful to me in future, if my ex-girlfriend had tried to implicate me in a false case again, that would have served as evidence for me...And just after 8 months I came to know that my social media account is hacked by my ex girlfriend's brother since 8 months...Whose police complaint I have made in cyber cell..But the policeman has not taken any action yet...Now I am afraid that if the girl is false against me, then what will I do in my defense..I don't have any proof now..And ex girlfriend's brother must have misused my social media account, I don't know...
I am from a middle class family..my family is simple people..I don't understand anything what should I do?
please tell me what can i do... with the help of law..without any trouble...There is no money in the court to give to the lawyer who can do Jake case in the court...Tell any remedy that the policemen should be compelled to get justice...
