Sunday is the weekly off for us , due to heavy rain they announced Thursday as a holiday and compensate this leave to coming Sunday, so need work continuously 8 days, is they have a rights to do this?

A.Dear client,
If you are working for extra hours you can ask for incentives if not provided you can sue the company.

A.If the concerned company makes an employee work for extra time or extra day then that employee shall be provided with extra incentive or bonus according to the extra time the employee works for the company. If the company refuses to pay the employee for his extra working hours then the employee may sue the company in the court of the labour tribunal.
