ladlord didnt raise invoice
lease agreement stated that the landlord will send an invoice for rent. i left the property before the lock in period but the landlord didnt send any bill but is now suing me for the rent of whole lock in period

A.You must have some documentary evidence which supports your statement. How did you pay the rent ??? Cash or by some other method?? If you have paid the rent online then there must be transaction receipt in the bank statement of your bank account from which you have done the payment. If you do not have any evidence of paying the rent then it will be little tough for you to prove your innocence.
