Dear sir/madam
My grand father acquired a land via vill of her aunt through registered later family have migrated to a new place and settled there and never taken care of it currently no one is alive and i don't know the location of the land and weather they have paid the tax's or not also i don't know, what i heard from my father before i expired is that my grand father have given the land to a family to maintain but now they have created a passbook and 1b and adangal on their names how can i retrieve my property

A.Dear Sir,
You may go to office of Sub-Registrar and get copy of such will executed by aunty of your grand father, then approach the concerned revenue officers and by filing civil suit u can retrieve your property.
