A fir was registered against me for alleged misbehavior and attempt to assault by an engineer in the electricity department, the police filed a FR report claiming no charges could be established, now as the magistrate summoned the engineer he objected to the police report and alongwith two of his junior engineers filed individual depositions that resulted in a case being filed against me, as a CR case, now they have skipped four hearing dates, which in my opinion is a trick to harass me, the judge is inclined to grant them more adjournments, is there a remedy in a higher court?

A.Dear Client!

You can move before the High Court for quashing the FIR with valid grounds, Police FIR and Chargesheet copy to prove your innocence and also collect the copy of the deposition made the engineer and his witnesses.

This way you can save your precious time from facing the court trial.

Hope this resolves your query.
