Dear Sir/Ma'am, there are three benches of Bombay High Court, viz. Aurangabad, Nagpur and Panaji.
I am resident of Nagpur but works and live in Mumbai. But my Adhaar card have address of Nagpur. I want to file PIL in Mumbai bench. Is it possible? Is it compulsory to file PIL in Nagpur bench?

A.PIL can be filed in priciple Original Jurisdiction of Mumbai as you work & live in mumbai, better to consult a High Court Advocate of your Location & jurisdiction from the panel of Vidhikarya for quick action.

A.It does not matter you should have your aadhar card and You have your aadhar card. Youcn file a PIL. .For details contact some advocate through vidhikarya.com

A.For filing PIL ,there is no requirement of being a resident of locality. Any citizen of India can raise the issue of public interest before the Hon'ble High Court or Hon'ble Supreme Court.
