Mental harassment - My MIL expects me to sit and entertain my sister in law

My MIL expects me to sit and entertain my sister in law daily and bear all her tantrums and my father in law use abusive language for my family, my MIL and SIL always have problem when I tell them about my visit to my Mom ( widower and lives alone) they always torcher me to spend time with them instead of my family and friends. They brainwash my husband to ask me not to do my moms house and obey MIL and SIL expectations always else he will give me a divorce. I am a working woman ( 5am-5pm shift) after that I do household chores cook food for all, I prepare dinner, breakfast and lunch still they expect me to wash dishes and house cleaning whereas I am not even getting the time to sleep even for 1 hr.
I understand your issues, but all these issues seem like personal family problems and not a legal one. you need to have a conversation with your husband about everything and try to make him understand.
You may also take couple therapy to resolve your marital issues.
In case You want to file for Divorce, you have grounds to file the same.

If you feel that they are doing such domestic violence with you, try to solve the matter mutually. If still they are not ready to adjust, contact an advocate for lodging a 498A against them, followed by a divorce and a maintenance case.

u may file domestic violence case at the cost of your marriage. If u want to save marriage, then try to get separate from the family for few days and stay calm.
