A.Husband and wife is a pure relationship relating to their conjugal life (domestic household matter) whereas when the topic of employment is coming, then its completely a corporate matter. In the said firm where the wife is the owner she will act as an employer only and the husband can easily work in that firm as an employee getting his respective salary and other benefits for working in that company as per the law pf the land. There is no prohibition or bar where a wife cannot be the employer of her husband in her own business firm.
