the bank and police is not repsonding as filed online compaliant about fraud transcation dated 21/10/2022 and rbi also messaged that it is cusmer responsibility what should i do

A.You should once send a legal notice to both the concerned authorities with the help of an advocate but still if they fail to comply then you may seek judicial help before the competent court of law.
