Sir, my younger brother, harassed me a lot after my marriage to force me to leave the house and other properties, I left the house and got settled in other city. Mother Father and he was happy without with me, they contacted me only at the time of needs, now bother sold the house and other properties one by one, I also signed where ever was the need, he did not offer me any amount, he has destroyed all the funds due to his bad habits, now he has started to ask money from me and from my married sister, he threatens us time to time, always give us trouble for need of money. There is no any property issue, we just want to close the relationship legally with him, so that he could not get any advantage from us, he always threaten us.

My mother also resides with him, He takes advantage of this thing and askes money from me and spends that money for his bad habits. I want to be legally seperrated from him, so that he could not create any bad scene. Publishing in News Paper will be useful ? or please suggest me any other thing, which will protect me in the future, Please advice ?

A.Dear Client
Though there is no procedure to finish relationship with him but if he harass you in routine and ask for money then you can frame a formal complaint in writing and handover your concerned compliant to the Police station S.H.O. and after that if he do it again then you can file and another thing if your property was registered in the name of your parents then you could have asked for your claim share.
Hope it helps.

A.Hi client,
There is no procedure to disowning a family member.
You can make an affidavit, then publish the same in two different newspapers. However, you should look after your aged mother and her needs, you are liable for the same.

Thanks and Regards
