Recently I had joined in a info technology online data entry job but I don't completed my work in time and they legal officer called me and they asked me to pay a penalty or to you need to come to court what I want to do now firstly say that this info technology online data entry job is fake or real

Contact an advocate to check the details/points in the agreements. If there is a scope of your escape from paying the amount the advocate will guide you for the same.
If the contract you have signed is a fake one, then no question of such payment will be charged. Moreover you can counter them.
