Stop sales of a property

Hi, my family is trying to selling my father's property in a unregistered way to a buyer without my consent. How can I put a stop to it? They shouldn't sell it with my knowledge or consent

If it is his self acquired property you cannot stop it unless you approach the prospective buyer and threaten him that they will be some issues if he purchase such property or get file a maintenance suit by your mother and get injunction order against your father.
