A.Dear Client,
Before I say anything I need to know the place of death, nearest Primary Health Centre, in case of town the district head quarter hospital and the distance where the P.M. had been conducted. In normal course it should not have taken that much of time.
2. Try to find out id the hospital has sent any part of the body/organ to the Forensic lab for ascertaining the exact reason of death.
3.Yes, you can apply for the death certificate. In the application form there is a column where you have to mention the cause/reason of death. What shall you write?
4.Best option, meet the Doctor who conducted the PM and ask /try to know the reason of delay.
