2 wheeler purchaser not transferring RC to his name

I sold my 2 wheeler to a person around 5 months back. The purchaser agreed to do all teh documentation work by himself and hence I gave me the orginal RC and signed Form 29(vehicle ownership transfer) with the Vehicle, but the purchaser neither got the RC transferred nor willing to share a signed sale deed with me. Now the purchaser has stopped responding on phone and is not replying to my messages.
