Educated lady false promise to marry

a situation when the female holds a doctorate in engineering and holds a very prestigious position and age 38 ,
2 years elder We both met through Facebook, where we had many conversations that were more about physical closeness
before we finally met in March 2022. We started dating, and we slowly started talking about getting married.
Then after meeting my parents her behavior started to change, and she started refusing to let my parents stay with me,
which caused the relationship to become tense. I have subsequent proof that we shared a room in various hotels and resorts
after which we decided to pursue marriage. She submitted the FIR where she molded it entirely after six months.After 6 months,
she filed the FIR, in which she manipulated the facts. She did not specify the exact date and time of RAPE.
She is currently searching for a husband on a matrimonial website. She stated in the FIR that the rape occurred twice,
once in March and again in April, both times she traveled 500 km. She also mentioned that promise to marry happenend on 24th march while she was with the boy from 19th onwards and
in same room, the boy has subsequent proofs. Now even if we consider that promise to marry happened on 24th does that work if she is already with him in same room having consensual relationship
before 24th march. She also said that he gave her ring on a specific day, but no proof of that present with her as it never happened.
