A.You may approach the High Court by submitting a writ petition in accordance with Article 227 of the Indian Constitution, since the Hon'ble High Court has a sizable degree of discretion to consider such writ petitions.

Respected Sir,
Is there a time limit within which this writ petition has to be filed in the High Court??
I received the decision through email on the 2nd of January, 2022 and am yet to receive the hard copy of the same, which I might receive in the coming day or two.
