Regarding Document misuse Regarding Document misuse

I want to issue ews certificate for my son and I'm living in my father's house and they're not interested in showing me house registry instead they prefer rent agreement so the thing is will my brother misuse rent agreement and kick my family out of house and property too.(my relation with my Father and brother isn't good)
Right now only me and my family resides in that house (my brother is shifted somewhere else along with parents).... will my share in house be revoked if I consider myself living on rent?? Or can they force me to move out??
