Daughter right if name not there in will
Mother made registered will for 3 brothers. Nothing is mentioned for the sister. Sister have the right to claim on mothers property? Sister have the right to claim in brother's property? Under rights to daughter in 2005 does she can claim for any of the properties mentioned above?
A.Hello Client,
Both the son (brother) and the daughter (sister) are equally entitled to the father's self-acquired and ancestor-owned property.
It makes no difference if the daughter (sister) is married or not. But if the property is given through will, then the sister has no right unless the brother dies interstate and has no legal heirs.

A.Hi client,
If a valid will is made, then the daughter cannot do anything.
Thanks and Regards
