Husband wants divorce but I don’t want

Meri shadi ko 9 months ho Gaye usme 3 months ne matrimonial home me rahi hu baki months mayke me hu. Abhi pati ko divorce chahiye mujhse divorce chahiye. Wo khud nahi dega. He is waiting for me to divorce him. I don’t want to give him divorce. What should I do to give this marriage a second chance.

If he is not filing a divorce then no need to worry. In case, if you want maintenance you can file the same before the Learned court.
If he files a divorce case, you have to counter the same with proper evidences, that why the divorce should not be given.
