PIL through letter was accepted by Chief Justice ,but case was not getting to reach the bench in AP High court

I made a complaint through letter on public issue to the Chief Justice of AP High court , the letter was treated as WP(PIL) and registered in June,2017. The counter was also filed by the respondent and case is at hearing stage. But the case is pending since December 2017, not getting listed till now. My question is what would be the reason for not getting movement in the case and now, can I write request letter to the Registrar for early hearing .
Kindly answer to my question.

A.dear client in your case yes you may write a letter but the chances of the same being accepted depends on the issues that are being highlighted and the gravity of the same.

A.Yes you can do so. But it may or may not be fruitful. It will be more helpful to you if consult this with an advocate directly.

A.A. Your case is not listed early,because you have not filed along with the complaint for early listing. You can fill the prescribed form for early listing, further you can consult a Lawyer.
