Accused in IPC376 case .

My son is 22 and the lady who did FIR is 33 having a child ..SHE married twice .one of her marriage is disposed she got her divorce but second marriage is still pending..she got connected with my son who is a student.got close to each other by her own will.and now she forced my son to marry her.as my son refused to marry she went and filed a complaint against my son in police station..my son got the bail with 24 hrs..as he got the bail she published all photos in social media by saying he is my husband...she is harrasing us very badly...what should we do.

Please approach High Court to stay the investigation and to quash the FIR. Another petition may be filed in the High Court to initiate criminal action against her since she is anti-social element as she is blackmailing your son though she is married having a child and not got divorce in respect of second marriage.
