Process for unblocking the bank account

Hello,My bank account is freezed by cybercrime police
I have the acknowledgement number.What's the process ?
do i need to visit the PS to get it unblocked or I can do it online by contacting the police?
What details i need to submit?
pleasse anyone explain me clearly.
