WITHOUT PREJUDICE SAVE AS TO COST WITHOUT PREJUDICE SAVE AS TO COST

If my client has a claim of 100 rupees and the defendant's lawyers revert with an offer of 55 rupees with a notation of " Without prejudice save as to costs and non-admission to any liability ", what would be notation to use by the claimant while reply to such an offer.

A.Dear Sir,
Your are entitled for Rs.55/- only. If it is not comfortable your client need not go for compromise.
