Dear sir/mam, I have small kid of 1and half year old . My husband not taking care of both of me and my child. I am staying at my mothers home since the birth of my child. Now he filed case against on me for not coming for marital life.he abuses me. Now I didn’ t go for reconciliation on second time also. Then what should I do? Is court will punish me?

A.Hello,
You can file an FIR against your husband for domestic violence if its the actual case.
and If you have not attended the reconciliation meeting the court can issue the ex-parte decree/order against you which will be in favour of your husband.
