Digilocker 10th certificate for cdc application is valid

I lost my 10th certificate recently and almost the same week I got a job in a renowed crew, I applied for my cdc and it got rejected because I applied with xerox copy of attested certificate, now I get to know about digilocker is valid so if I re apply for cdc with digilocker certificate attested from my school,will that be valid ?
