Amazon Fraud Delivery Amazon Fraud Delivery

I ordered a mouse kill trap from Amazon. At the time of delivery, I had expressed my surprise to the delivery agent when I saw the size of the packet was extraordinary. I then asked the delivery agent what is in this packet. A mouse trap contains no weight but this packet was more than 1kg. The weight can easily be felt just by putting this packet up in the air for 2 minutes. The cost of the ordered mouse trap was Rs.140. Now Amazon or the seller did a fraud to me and tarnished my faith and trust in Amazon. What can I do in consumer court for this type of Fraudulent product delivery? I want to lodge a case for maximum damage to give them a lesson. Is this possible ? Please suggest.

A.Dear Client
Firstly you can apply for replace/ return and if they deny then you can file a consumer case.
Hope it helps.

A.Dear Sir,
Doing business online is not advisable because 5% of the transactions may be fraudulent transactions. You may go for litigation but you need leisure time and lot of money and the end result may be you will get your money back with little compensation.
