My mother died on 04-04-2020. She worked as nurse she take leave her grandson. But sudden cardiac arrest she died. My mother worked management staff he is handle pf. He asked money for getting my mother pf amount and pf insurance death claim. We r not accept. That's why he did not give proper document. (Attendance and salary slip) so our pf insurance claim was stopped
What to do? How to get? What is the action of this guy?

A.Dear Client,
You can file suit in Court for the recovery of the necessary documents so that you can claim for EPF of your mother. You can also file complaint in Police regarding this and against the person who asked for the money.
