Adhar and license query for advice and refund info

Went to get License But the rto consultant said name was not I proper format so He got me to change that it was at that moment didnt have time to resarch momemet charged 1000 for and 2500 for well Found later can be done online i asked him about when will learning test be he said he is doing adhar first that i didnt realize he would would charge 2000 percent more mostly bec my mind was distracted and busy at the time it only cost 50 rs he is onling filling form avaible to public i thought i had to go there bec thats how it was a little while back Called me with fake info that someone from rto called me and I rejected the online test Which didnt happen definetly neither did any of my parents get a call and said he already booked the slot get info I don't have money for that only 1000 renaming for that fixed amt to change order of the name to match my pan card i found out it only c.
