Can I do anything legally to get my father to pay?

MY FATHER IS WELL OFF AND HAS A GOOD BUSINESS,HE NEVER ACCEPTED ME OR MY SISTER AND LIVES WITH HIS STEP FAMILY,HE FIRST AGREED TO PAY MY MBA FEES AND I AGREED TO WORK FOR HIM FOR JUST 10k AND HE WOULD PAY MY FEES. RECENTLY THERE WAS A CASE FILED AGAINST HIM AND HE ASKED ME TO SURRENDER IN HIS PLACE UPON MY REFUSAL HE NO LONGER WANTS TO PAY MY FEES AND ASKED ME TO SEE IT TO MY SELF.I AGRRED TO PAY MY SECOND YEAR MYSELF AND ASKED HIM TO JUST PAY FIRST YEAR BECAUSE I CANT ARRANGE MONEY IN JUST ONE MONTH.HE SAID NO.IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO LEGALLY TO MAKE HIM PAY MY FEES?

A.dear client in your case Legally you cannot make him to pay fees in the short period.Only Good sense and responsibility prevail on him or alternative measures like personal Loan or educational loan to be resorted.

What about your mother?.As for your concern you are a major.If anybody minor in your family ,file a petition U/S 125 Crpc before the competent court.
