We own a property and tat was in dead end. So no way is gng after that, while there is a 6 feet common passage, we constructed building in it, as it was the last piece we constructed staircase in 6 feet common passage, the other party before us leading towards road, filed a case to demolish the common passage, while there is a case in court gng on they blocked the way of 6feet common passage by not allowing us to enter the property. Is it right to block the way ??? How to clear it legally

A.Dear Client,
If it is a common passage then they cannot stop you from using it. If they are asking for temporary injunction, then it will not be granted.
