Property Inheritance Property Inheritance

My father has two sons. He got divorced with the first wife a long time back in 2009. No property is in the name of my father's 1st wife. My father then got re-married(legally registered) to another lady(stepmom). She is already a widow of her 1st husband and also has a daughter with their own property. My question here is, in case of my father's demise,if he doesn't leave behind any will, what are the chances of my stepmom and step-sister to acquire my father's property with is Self-acquired? Am asking this question as my stepmom is very cruel with her behaviour with me and my brother.

A.Dear Client,
Your father must pay maintenance fees to your mother even if no property is there and if in case he doesn't leave a will, you being the class 1 heir will get the property share

A.Dear Sir,
Your step sister cannot get initial unless adopted by your father. However, yourself and your step mother have equal rights over the self acquired properties of your father.
